热熔粉(印花专用粉)
    热熔粉是一种白色粉末状：220目（细粉）；80目（中粉）；60目（粗粉)的粘合剂。粗粉主要用于植绒转印,细粉主要用于薄膜烫画转印.由于它优良的粘合性能也常被其它行业用作优质热熔性粘合剂. ，在常温下为高弹态，经加热熔融后呈粘流态，固化速度快。
    本产品适应于各种纺织品、皮革、纸张、木材等材料的印花及各种胶浆的配制，使用本产品制做的胶浆具有耐水洗、牢度好、干燥速度快、不易塞网、不影响油墨色彩等特点。
它的特性为：
  1、 只需温和的粘合条件可获得极佳耐水洗牢度（可高至60℃水温洗涤）及干洗牢度；
  2、 手感柔软，回弹性好；
  3、 化学稳定性好，能长期在常温下保存，不变质；
  4、 对人体无害，系绿色环保产品。

Hot melt flour  is a kind of white powder: a binder made up of  220 mesh （fine powder ）； 80mesh (medium powder) and 60 mesh (coarse powder)  。 Coarse powder is chiefly used for plant fuzz transfer printing. Fine powder is used chiefly for membrane purography transfer printing .Because of its excellent  binding quality，it  is often used as  excellent hot melting binder by other fields. Hot melt flour is elastomeric state under the normal temperature., presents viscous state and fast solidifying speed  when heated and  melted .
