一、 产品介绍:
Product introduction:
该产品加入1%助剂直接印制适合用于罩面加光印花或加色光面印花。印花表面特别光亮,有玻璃反光的效果,在胶浆上盖面不会破坏印花原来色泽,与胶浆相粘性好,同时可以增加胶浆的牢度、手感、弹性,还可以起到耐黄变的效果,是高级服装印花的理想印花浆。
Add 1% additive into this productand directly print, is suitable for overlay bright printing or add color brightsurface printing. Printingsurface is particularly bright, has reflective glass effect, covering on the rubber paste will not damage the original color of printing, hasvery good viscosity with the rubber paste, and can increase the rubber paste’s fastness, feel and flexibility, it also hasanti-yellowing effect, is the ideal printing paste for high grade clothingprinting.
二、 特性:
Product characteristics:
1、有玻璃光亮效果,在胶浆盖面后,不会破坏印花面,防冻优良,在摄氏零下20度不会爆裂,加光图案表现高级档次。
1、Has the glass bright effects, after covering rubber paste, will not destroy printing surface, antifreeze well, in minus 20 degreesCelsius it will not burst,bright design show high grade.
2、较好的附着力,不返粘,光泽度好,不分层。
2、Good adhesion, does not turn back to sticky, gloss well, non-layered.
3、符合国际环保检测标准(不含APEO、邻本二甲酸盐成分,甲醛含量小于20PPM)。
3、Accord with international environmental testing standards (excluding APEOand phthalate composition, formaldehyde content less than 20PPM).
三、 使用说明:
Usage direction :
1、 使用前加1%特定的助剂搅拌均匀;
1、Put 1% special additive inside this productand stir evenly before using;
2、 PU加光浆过面自然干燥后过烘炉130℃-150℃烘3分钟。
2、Use this PU bright printing paste cover the surface, then after naturaldrying, use ovens bake 3 minutes in 130 ℃ -150 ℃.
注意事项
Precautions
1) 自然干燥时间与气温和空气湿度有关。
1)Natural drying time is related to the temperature and airhumidity.
2) 贮藏期:在室温下密闭可存放一年以上,仓库内要干燥通风;
2)Storage period: Can be keptin a tightly closed container at room temperature for more than one year, in a dryand ventilated warehouse;
3)使用后内袋要重新扎实,以防暴露在空气中造成结皮。
3)After using, the inner bag should be re-fastened avoid crustingbecause of exposure to air.
